As seen in this Slashdot story, the O'Reilly Network has this interview with Yukihiro Matsumoto, creator of the Ruby programming language. Ruby is a pure object-oriented scripting language developed in Japan, sharing ideas and features from Perl, Python, and to a smaller extent, Smalltalk.
